Under Privileged Youth

There are key gaps in the operations and infrastructure of the chosen schools in the rural and township economies. The schools often lack good quality roads, water, lavatory facilities, stationary, shoes and school uniforms compared to their peers in wealthier areas.

It is our firm belief that by creating and supporting the maintenance of educational infrastructure in impoverished communities, we can empower individuals and their communities – these infrastructure projects serve as the connective bridge between the youth and their better futures.

Forgotten Elderly

In preparing the Youth for a brighter future, we must not forget the elderly, who are often left out of discussions yet play critical roles in communities.

The aging process has severe economic, social and physical declines, particularly in rural and township-based areas that are already faced with harsh realities of inequality.

We need to be deliberate about improving their quality of life; by meeting the government's efforts and creating a caring and enabling environment for them to access healthcare and government welfare initiatives.

Launch and Fundraiser:

Nzimande Foundation

Throughout our lives journey, we have been exposed to people and communities that inspired the launch of this Foundation.

Our hope is that the Foundation will serve as a shining example of what is possible when caring and determined people come together to transform the lives of the most vulnerable in our communities.

Borehole and Library Initiative:

Crystal Springs Farm School

The Nzimande Foundation partnered with the sponsors to drill a borehole at the school, their first source of running water on the premises.

While preparing for the borehole, the sponsors responded to another critical need, the school library. They raised funds to add books to the library and improve its aesthetic, making it an exciting and conducive learning environment.
